Cancellation Policy
Summary: All cancellations must be in writing from the person who signed the lease. Refunds are only issued if we are able to re-rent your dates. If we re-rent at the same price, you receive a full refund. If the re-rental price is lower, your refund (if any) will be limited to the rate difference minus rebooking costs. If we cannot re-rent the dates, payments are forfeited. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are much less likely to result in a refund.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your reservation from unforeseen events such as illness, weather disruptions, travel delays, or emergencies.
